Terms of use

Last updated October 2026

By using Vyre you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The service

Vyre gives you access to AI models run by third parties, through a chat app and an API, paid for with prepaid private credits. Model answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Don’t rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without checking with a qualified person.

Your key and private credits

  • Your key is the only thing linking you to your private credits. Keep it, and a recovery file, safe. We can’t recover a lost key or reset a forgotten passphrase.
  • Private credits are prepaid, don’t expire, and are used up as you send messages. 100 credits equal $1.
  • Credits are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Each key has a daily spending limit and a request rate limit.

Acceptable use

You may not use Vyre to:

  • create or distribute sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes children;
  • harass, threaten or harm others, or help anyone do so;
  • break the law, or infringe others’ rights;
  • attack, overload or get around the limits of Vyre or the services it relies on;
  • break the usage policies of OpenRouter or the model providers.

We may block keys that break these rules and report illegal content to the authorities.

Third parties

Models are provided by third parties through OpenRouter, and connectors talk to services like GitHub. Their own terms also apply.

No warranty

Vyre is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past three months.

Changes

We may change these terms. We’ll update the date above, and continued use means you accept the new terms.
